• 1 - birth certificate translated into English
• 2 - clearances and translation (Certificate of No Criminal Conviction or certificate of no criminal record)
• 3 - passport translated into English (including all pages that have a mark or stamp)
• 4 - Six (6) passport-sized photos (4x6) and (6) photos (3x4) in a white background
• 5 -Translation of last degree (High School Diploma, Bachelor degree, Master degree, PhD) with All studied subjects and the marks or scores of taking exams, Obtained during the study period.
• 6 - Medical record detailing the health state of the applicant. The record may be given by any.
Medical organization in RA.
• 7 - Application to the RA. Minister of Education and Science.
• 8 – application to the rector, where the specialization should be noted.
• 9 – Autobiography or curriculum vitae.
• 10 - Applicants applying for the post-graduate professional education should submit a scientific report on a chosen specialty topic. The scientific report should not exceed 20 pages and may be written in Armenian, Russian or English.
• Those who wish to enter as a researcher (1-2 academic years) or as a post-graduate student to get a degree of Candidate of Sciences (three academic years) must also present the following additional documents:
• Educational plans and a brief article (Annotation) on the future dissertation noting the title of the dissertation
The list of officially verified published articles or 2-3 themes relating to the scientific thesis
• 11- PhD applicants need to have a brief resume. (Biography and a summary of work experience, education, skills and experience in English or Russian or Armenian, scientific and practical, which is writing)
• Note: For master's degree and a doctoral degree and a master's degree and a master copy of the project description page on the English language and literature Ph.D. project is required.
• Not: Make sure the areas of education, graduate and PhD levels should be associated with bachelor's degrees or master's degree.
• Note: The student shall be insured every year by the Medical Insurance Company cooperating with the University throughout his/ academic years.
The procedure for submitting the required documents
Applicants should translate all the above-mentioned documents into English.
Documents must be verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the given country and the Armenian Embassy.
